The X-Team of the PA Senior Environment Corps samples the Yellow Breeches Creek in Cumberland County.
Volunteers Bill Apgar, Homer Foster, Jack McGinley, Leon Oberdick and Stacy Russell show how they do their twice a year macroinvertebret sampling.
The X-Team is one of three teams of the Capital Area PaSEC members doing water sampling on the Yellow Breeches.
This year the PA Senior Environment Corps is celebrating its 10 year anniversary. Over 2,900 seniors across the state are doing volunteer water sampling at 628 locations.
