Cattle Feeding Reduces Nutrients. Kelly O'Neill, Chesapeake Bay Foundation, and Virginia Ishler, Penn State University, talk about a project to demonstrate how changing what we feed dairy cattle will reduce nutrients in manure. Kelly and Virginia were talking with farmers about the project at Ag Progress Days.
