Court Decision Results in Regulation of Greenhouse Gas Emissions. Attorney Robert McKinstry, of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, outlines the results of litigation he was involved in against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that resulted in a ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court that carbon dioxide could be regulated under the federal Clean Air Act.
These and other presentations were part of a special climate change program sponsored by the Pennsylvania Environmental Council.
